Four Hills Country Club is set among 135 acres of mature trees and undulating mountain terrain at the base of the Cibola National Forest's Sandia Open Space. Designed by renowned golf course architect, Bob Baldock, the course is comprised of rolling fairways and narrow, elevated greens. Special care was taken during the development of the Four Hills community to maintain property lines not to interfere with play on this classic, spiral 18-hole layout.
The fairways are primarily bluegrass and rye, and the greens are a mix of bent grass and poa annua. In 1998, all the bunkers on the course were renovated. At that time, hole 6, our signature hole which features a natural aquifer, was also rebuilt and now features a beautiful mountain background and stone embankment (pictured above).
In addition to Four Hills' 18-hole golf course, our practice facilities include a putting green, driving range and chipping/bunker practice area.
Golf Leagues
Four Hills Country Club is home to active Men's and Womens' golf associations and offers a robust Junior Golf program as well. Club Members enjoy a full golf calendar of both competitive tournaments and fun events. Members may find tournament results for leagues on the league's respective "News" page.
More Reasons to Join Four Hills:
Four Hills offers unprecedented access to tee times by limiting corporate golf days and setting a cap on the number of memberships allowed. While each round played will simultaneously relax and invigorate, playing Four Hills makes for an efficient round of golf, lasting between 4 to 4.25 hours on average. Most members utilize our electronic tee booking system, ForeTees, which puts control and access directly in your hands whenever you like. This state-of-the-art system allows you to review and book available tee times with the click of a mouse.
